[..YouTube..] Nicely done, what’s the name o this song?
[..YouTube..] Ziet er perfect uit! ~Maker van logo 😉
[..YouTube..] Heb toch geen copyrights geschonden he 😉 lol
[..YouTube..]
[..YouTube..] Thanks for voting PS3-Sense !!
[..YouTube..] Alsjeblieft hoor marcel 😛
[..YouTube..] Droog… haha
[..YouTube..]
Gr Marcel
[..YouTube..] when you? did the cut out at the end, was there a gap between the acrylic and the table?
[..YouTube..] No there was no gap between the table…I did not use a breaktrue distance.Btw i found out that the cut out can be done just in one time, so this was 2 rounds off 2.5 mm.But by mistake i found out that 5mm at ones leafs a good finish.
[..YouTube..] cool video I’m doing engarving with hand but hope for a CNC 🙂
[..YouTube..] @Kiboz2000 Thanks ! i have seen your harley sign, realy great? !can hardly believe its done by hand 🙂
[..YouTube..] can you make one for me?? how much?
[..YouTube..] Yes i have a order for new acrylic, and will make the new? ones with a aluminum feet in stead of MDF.You can checkout my website for contact info.
[..YouTube..] @Marcelmx3 haha..well i actually ment the robo cnc… could you make one for? me??
[..YouTube..] Haha… oke wel then its a different story :)But i do not have the time to produce more cnc machines sorry… Maybe it will be for sale one day, but not yet…
[..YouTube..] Can I ask what bit your using?
[..YouTube..] @ChevyTBlover This is done with a 1/8″ 30 degree 0,1mm tip engraving bit.Found on ebay in packs off 10 pieces…Profile is done with a carbide 1/8″ single flute cutter.(since a while i have seen that climb cutting has a better result then conventional used in this vid)Checkout my website for more examples
[..YouTube..] @Marcelmx3 Thanks! and your really only going .2mm in depth for the engraving? Damn, if so, I found? where my fault would be XD.Thanks!
[..YouTube..] @retrogazele Why not by a smaller cnc beginner kit? Zen Toolworks is What I got? mine from. zentoolworks c o m
[..YouTube..] @ChevyTBlover Yes its true… , good luck with the next try… think it will work this time..For more Acrylic engraving checkout my website…
[..YouTube..] Well done, nice outcome. was the engraving left as is? like you didn’t have to touch it up afterwards? and are you reccomending Climb milling instead of conventional? (i think i’m reading it that way)
[..YouTube..] @ibainesy Thanks…Yes i left the outcome as is…, sometimes i do a sort of deburr by running the gcode again at the same depth.I do recommend climb milling, especially with the cutout contour, it leafs a much smoother finish some how.(For the engraving i don’t think its important though, but to be sure i just do climb cutting on every acrylic operation)
[..YouTube..] Very nice! What was your feedrate and RPM?
[..YouTube..] @spot1984 Thanks…Engravingbit 30* 0.1mm tip 0.2mm dept, 2000mm/min.20k? rpm
[..YouTube..] @Marcelmx3 Very nice sign! What bit do you use to cut out the sign and what feedrate and RPM are? you using for that?
[..YouTube..] @spot1984 Thanks, please read the youtube description?
[..YouTube..] Very cool sign 🙂 Are the LEDs diffuse or do you use those that has a narrow spot angle?Regards,Brian
[..YouTube..] @Nhyf this time i have used diffused red single leds, but normally i use 5050 led strip, as you can see on my website RoboCNC
[..YouTube..] @Marcelmx3 Thanks for the answer. Until now I have used spot leds, but looking at your sign, I thing diffused is better. Those LED strips seems to be easy to work with, so I think I will try? them out.
[..YouTube..] Thanks for showing the finished job. Most videos of CNC machines doing their thing doesn’t include a shot of the finished product. For me,? that is the true way to evaluate your machine. BTW.. That is one sharp looking sign you made. Kudos !
[..YouTube..] @tlsumner I agree on that one…. I miss the overall picture to a lot? of times….But well i do my best, im not a great editor but try to show the process, the product and some information…Thanks for the compliment and the kudos… (first timer, kudos on YouTube btw) 🙂
what is the RPM on this cut? and what tipe of bit are you using ? I made my first CNC and i’m having trubel with cuting plexiglass it keeps geting melted 😐
lol 🙂 Show more 😀 🙂 Thanks to the excellent instructions, I learned a lot from them
Hi thanks for you nice comments.. Have a look to my other video’s, there is also a more detailed video on acrylic work..

thanks for the great videos…On the acrylic signs you cut…. after you cut them out, do you sand them? polish the edges? if so.. how do you sand them…. do you flame polish them?I love your videos.
What CNC machine are you using to do this? What size signs can you make with this machine? I would like to know this information because this exactly is what I have been looking for.
