The RoboCNC Optimum BF20L mill that we have been converting to CNC needs a nice controller.
Till now we where only used to drive CNC using the parallel port and Mach3.
For the RoboCNC Optimum BF20L we wanted something new like USB.
Now the CNC Controller is completed its time to setup Mach3.
Before we go any further, i will not take any responsibility for what ever may go wrong.
For full info in setting up Mach3 i suggest you read the Mach3 manual and setup guide !
First of all you can download this pdf document to follow my walk true.
I will not take any responsibility for what ever damage or what so ever.
The document can be used on your website, but it would be nice to place a link back.
Part 3 of the RoboElectronics X2, its beginning to take shape.
Since the parts are inside the enclosure it was time to make some nice front and back panels.
The material used to do this was Gravoxal 2mm black anodized aluminum.
Now that the power supply for the motors is inside the enclosure lets go on..
The rest of the electronics placed in this controller need some power to.
Therefor i have placed another switching power supply 12V 8,5 Amps.
I have received a lot of questions about the electronics.
There are a lot of people who are afraid to build the controller.
There for i will try to explain the build step by step…
