verrryyyy nicee. congratulations for this excelent work.
Thanks.. !
great project, shame the mans eye came out black, or was that just the camera angle?
True… i had set a minimum dot size… That was not the best choice.. 🙂 But if you see it in real life from a distance that’s less visible. But next time i will not set a minimum dot size anymore…

cool project any way and another learning curve done! how long did the job take to drill the raster?
Indeed a learning curve…. I forgot to note the machining time… but its a long time thats for sure.. I think it was between 3 and 4 hours for the drilling cycle if i recall correctly..

I think that i will choose that myself again next time, unless you pay the invoice 😉

bravo…good work
The lights are nice touch.
How about subtitles AND speaking? You can use them as a script. 😉 Makes the video’s feel more personal when there’s at least some voices.
Thank you !

Thanks Gregory.. These are 5050 Led strips, found all over Ebay. I use these a lot in my projects.

I will think about it DrFiero.. 🙂 First lets see if i get negative feedback on the voice lol But indeed, i do like videos with some voice in them to…, also if the people talk into the camera, but will thats not my strong side 😉

Gran trabajo, eres el mejor…
Great Job, You aré the boss…
Gracias amigo …
As a tip, if you use the GCode output from the Halftoner program itself, the dots are cut in a very efficient back & forth raster pattern. You can also tell your CAM software to cut the dots in “selection order” which usually works too. I love the look of the image cut into acrylic! I’ve been wanting to do one of these myself.
Thanks for the reply and tips Jason…. Nice to get a comment from the software guru himself 🙂 Keep us updated when you make something new !!

Mvg, Marcel
Leuk! Weer en idee opgedaan!
should you have fliped the image
the music ruins this video for me but very informative thanks
